Description

• Serve as the Chief of Staff for the Executive Team, providing assistance on projects and strategy, and the implementation of critical company-wide priorities and initiatives. • Serve as the key touchpoint for Avenue One's Executive Team and other stakeholders within Avenue One. • Support development, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and ensure that the Executive Team is equipped to measure performance by Business Unit and Team. • Calendar management, scheduling, and managing agendas for Executive Team meetings • Taking meeting minutes, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress and deadlines • Aggregating, compiling, preparing, and proofreading materials for meetings and reports • Holding Executive Team and other team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables • Coordinating agenda items and materials for quarterly Town Halls and monthly all-company meetings • Other related administrative and organizational tasks for Executive Team members

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, time-management, and record keeping skills • Ability to direct individuals and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, including the ability to engage diverse teams, implement change, and communicate effectively • High ethical and professional standards, discreet and trustworthy with confidential information • Proficient with team applications and tools, such as Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack, Monday.com, Lucid, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, and others • Service-oriented and team-first mindset – being a supportive, collaborative, and accountable teammate • Experience with administrative support, project management, calendar coordination, and planning • Confident multi-tasking, prioritizing, balancing deadlines, and maintaining up-to-date tracking
