Requirements
• 4+ years of experience creating UX content for SaaS products • Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of English grammar • Familiarity with information architecture, content modeling, and taxonomy • Experience complying with and contributing to brand voice and tone standards • Commitment to accessibility and inclusion in content • Understanding of how content design drives business growth • Experience in agile development environment • Working knowledge of design methods and tools, including Figma • Samples of work and process • Track record of living company values
