• The Sales Execution Managerrole is responsible for cultivating and building strong relationships with key customers and supporting the sales lead with several customer-related deliverables. Areas of responsibility include selling, strategy alignment/execution, analytics, forecasting primarily supporting the Walmart and Sam's Club business. The goal will be to drive revenue growth and enhance overall assigned customer performance. • Partner with the sales lead to effectively build and maintain key customer relationships • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align overall business goals and objectives • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement • Monitor and track key performance metrics related to customer engagement and satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus • At least 5 years of experience with proven experience in sales management, sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Proficiency in sales technology tools • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to grow into leading and developing a team • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
