• PhotonIQ by Macrometa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive API documentation, tutorials, SDKs, and user guides for our cutting-edge GDN & PhotonIQ services, tailored specifically for customer developers and architects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong preference for experience in documenting SaaS products and APIs. • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to developer audiences, potentially even possessing the skills to work as a junior/mid-level engineer. • Exceptional writing skills with minimal need for editing, and a deep understanding of technical writing best practices, style guidelines, and nuances (e.g., comma usage, capitalization in headings, tense differences in various document types). • Proficiency in Markdown, HTML/CSS, and documentation tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence. • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech company environment is highly desirable. • A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently and efficiently.
