Description

• Manage the disability claims process, including coordinating with insurance carriers and disability management providers • Review medical documentation and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely adjudication of claims • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to disability claims and leave management • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workers compensation claims • Manage unemployment claims from start to finish, including filing claims, gathering necessary documentation, and providing timely responses to unemployment agencies • Onboarding & Off-boarding Employees

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the home health care or healthcare industry • Fluent in Spanish and English • Proficient knowledge of HR processes and employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HHAeXchange
