• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing day-to-day human resource functions • Leading talent acquisition efforts and participating in candidate screening and interviewing • Participating in evaluation and negotiation for HR vendor relationships and benefit plan design and selection • Designing robust onboarding and skills training process • Developing best-in-class solutions for all things HR

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent; HR certification preferred • Prior experience as sole HR practitioner, generalist, or business partner • General knowledge of computer software, including MS Office and Teams
