• Film and generate original and engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including photos, videos and stories - tailored to the home service industries (painters, landscapers etc.)

• Plan and lead recruiting for team expansion from our existing team
• Exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
• Meet with with our existing Pro customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that contribute to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line
• Build, develop, and inspire an organization of hard-working team members and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven sales processes
• Develop, test, implement and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data backed decisions

Head of Sales

• The focus of the role will be to own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead to closing the sale (all lead identification will be provided in advance)
• Conduct outbound sales efforts across multiple communication mediums (E.g., cold calling and email sequences)
