Description
• Leading a small team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Analysts • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable data pipelines, infrastructure, and analytics solutions • Define and enforce data and analytics best practices • Manage and optimize data storage, retrieval, and analytics processes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, reliability, and efficiency • Establish and refine processes and practices that enable a small team to effectively prioritize and deliver upon the data needs of the business • Partner with Technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare technology industry • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position • Willing and able to take on a player-coach role in which you directly contribute alongside your team, paired with proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor team members to achieve their full potential • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and database technologies • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar • Strong understanding of modern data stacks, architectures, and tooling • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
