Security Engineer

• Lead Instructors at Correlation One are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to 8,000+ diverse Fellows at a time, depending on the program. This role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program
• The program will be held over the course of 16 weeks, from July 9, 2024 to October 31st, 2024. Sessions will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays. Times are TBD.
• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” and deliver instruction on key concepts related to Cybersecurity areas, tailoring content to match skills and interests. This program will consist of up to 20-50 Learners.
• Conduct live and engaging lectures (4 hours per week)
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule

Data Skills Coach: Data Analytics

• Lead instruction for a cohort (20-200 employees) at leading firms in a live online classroom for the duration of the program (16-17 weeks). The instructor will be responsible for leading live lectures and providing learner support through live office hours and asynchronous messaging, such as through email or Slack.
• Onboarding (Pre-Program): The instructor will need to review the program materials prior to the beginning of the program to familiarize themselves with the content. The instructor will need to meet and communicate with Correlation One prior to the beginning of the program to coordinate on the logistical details of teaching the program.
• Classes (During the Program): Lectures will be 2 hours each, twice a week. Class times vary and depend on our enterprise clients. Lectures are virtual – taught over Zoom and use Slack for communication.
• Asynchronous Responsibilities (During the Program): Communication with learners to answer their questions and generate engagement among the learners. Review of learners’ project deliverables and giving them constructive feedback. Coordinate with Correlation One on the class logistics and communicate any thoughts, feedback, or updates on the program.
