Description

• Seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Sales team. The position will work closely with Sales team and sales leaders to streamline pre-sales scoping, documentation, and IT consulting for customers. • Display excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer-facing communication working cross-functionally. • Integral to product strategy by delivering insights into prospective customer needs and roadblocks for sales.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT, Project, or Solutions/Sales Engineering experience, MSP Environment preferred • 2+ years working in a client-facing environment • Proven experience working cross-functionally • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and build custom solutions • Ability to manage and motivate teams both within and outside of the reporting structure • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform ongoing analysis and surveying • Comprehensive knowledge of IT security frameworks particularly: - Ability to understand compliance frameworks including but not limited to HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, ISO, PCI, etc - Effective communication of Electric security controls, information security policies - Ability to translate customer needs and requests to make actionable insights and recommendations relating to security
