Description

• Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements. • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes. • Solution Design: • Develop and propose technology solutions to address business needs. • Collaborate with architects and developers to create functional specifications. • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance. • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. • Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. • Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and resolve issues. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver presentations to convey complex information in a clear manner. • Define test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure solution quality. • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements. • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of project management methodologies. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
