Description

• This role will be responsible for transforming one of the most critical jobs we do as a benefits broker - recommending which insurance packages clients should offer their employees.This is the most important decision our clients make, and we’re responsible for delivering a compelling recommendation on what they should do. • To do this incredibly well - this role will leverage expertise in building decision frameworks, financial modeling, and clear synthesis to build a best practice toolkit for benefits recommendations, partnering deeply with the experts on our brokerage team. • In turn, this role will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to position the value of that differentiated point of view on recommendations to build Nava’s thought leadership in benefits. The best candidate is ready to build something from 0 to 1, is comfortable with uncertainty, and excited about building relationships across the org.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy/operations roles at a growing startup • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills + experience with financial modeling • High curiosity + excitement about continuous learning • Ability to summarize and present data insights + synthesize complex topics • Project management experience and designing effective process for working cross-functionally / building consensus within an organization

Benefits
