• Work cross functionally with engineering and design to build a cohesive experience for managing equity on Pulley for early, mid, and late stage customers
• Research and understand in detail the technicalities and workflows around managing equity
• Interact directly with customers (CEOs, CFOs, controllers, HR, and equity plan admins) to learn their workflow and understand their pain points. Use the insights to drive a roadmap that articulates the product’s strategy, vision, and goals
