Description
• Build, refactor, optimize, and maintain infrastructure • Work with Product Engineers to debug issues • Collaborate with Security Engineers on platform security • Provide mentorship and pairing to teammates • Identify areas of improvement in the tech stack • Define technical direction for upcoming projects • Collaborate with other teams in pairings and ceremonies • Debug issues in the CI/CD pipeline • Work on ongoing projects including network refactoring, IAM policies, environment parity, and Elasticache refactoring • Contribute to long-term projects focusing on Disaster Recovery and Observability
Requirements
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles • 5+ years of experience using Amazon Web Services • 5+ years experience with Kubernetes • Some experience with Terraform, PHP, Datadog, and DevSecOps • Experience leading complex projects across multiple teams • Ability to provide and receive critical feedback • Strong understanding of change management processes
