Description

• Be the first line of support for critical deployments • Ensure best-in-class service quality and issue resolution • Work in on-premise DoD and AWS cloud environments • Contribute to stability, performance, and security enhancements for deployments • Improve overall experience of deploying and managing Onebrief on premise • Shape team's policy and implementation based on field lessons • Sit in the Technology Operations organization

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an SRE engineer • Active security clearance with DoD IT environment knowledge • Expertise in DoD on-premise and AWS cloud environments • Proficiency in VMWare, Docker, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Linux • Strong understanding of Linux, containers, virtual machines, and Kubernetes security • Experience in incident response, system monitoring, and proactive issue identification • Security+ certification or DoD 8570.01 approved security certificate • Ability to work in air-gapped environments and collaborate with developers
