• Customer Care Representative role • Act as brand ambassador by assisting and resolving customer inquiries • Engage with customers to provide exemplary service • Maintain accurate records • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1+ years of customer service experience or previous exposure to a call center environment • Experience working in e-commerce customer service is preferred • Experience with luxury/beauty brands is preferred
