• The Assistant Analyst, Reporting Operations, plays a crucial role in monitoring and managing media inventory using specialized tools. Their primary responsibility is to gather and analyze data from various sources and generate reports that contribute to financial and business decision-making. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail, be proactive and analytical, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Candidates should also have a natural curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Analyst supports the National Investment team by preparing, maintaining, and overseeing client's media schedules.

Requirements

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in an operations support role within the media or advertising industry a plus. • Media/agency/network, finance, accounting, experience a plus • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability and or willingness to create complex formulas and pivot tables. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate data from different sources to produce reports. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. • Experience with media buying systems, such as Media Ocean/MBOX products a plus. • Knowledge of ad tech and programmatic buying is a plus.
