Description

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions encompassing network, systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms • Configure and optimize network components, servers, and virtualization platforms to ensure performance and stability • Develop and integrate IT solutions aligning with client requirements and industry best practices • Implement security controls and procedures to protect client infrastructure and data • Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and optimize resources for enhanced system performance • Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expertise and recommendations for infrastructure projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management in an MSP environment is REQUIRED • Proficiency in networking technologies (Fortinet, Ubiquiti), server platforms (Windows, HyperV), cloud services (Azure), and security technologies • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) are a plus • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
