• Implement and manage Azure cloud services focusing on cost optimization and financial governance
• Collaborate with IT and finance departments to develop and enforce cloud spend policies and best practices

• Debug and administer diagnostic analysis of cases reported by clients, and be able to propose, and in some cases, implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Answer internal and external customer questions, as needed, regarding Platform’s functionalities, error messages, etc.
• Troubleshoot and document replication steps for complex technical issues, while collaborating with the Development and operational teams to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development group to initiate new software solutions, applications, and/or tools.

• Provide technical expertise and support in the use of the Database Management System.
• Evaluate and recommend available Database Management System products to support validated user requirements.

• As a DevOps Manager, you’ll have direct management of DevOps engineers, strategic planning, product definition, managing operational challenges at scale, project management for software within the team, and quality of the software development process in an agile environment.
• You will also be responsible for collaborating with Software Engineers in devising appropriate coding strategies and configure settings to ensure the highest standards in the deployment of our systems to all different environments.
• You will lead a team of DevOps Engineers that automate, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and streamline all deployment operations and process tools for software applications built and maintained by our Software Engineers.

Manager, DevOps

• Our Site Reliability Engineering team leverages software engineering and infrastructure operations to create highly reliable and scalable software systems. The team is responsible for ensuring that Abarca’s infrastructure operates efficiently by assisting with the design, build, and maintenance of software systems that automate and optimize the deployment, monitoring, and performance of Abarca’s systems. By focusing on improving the reliability and availability of software systems through engineering best practices and tools, we manage complex distributed systems to meet our external Service Level Agreements and internal Operating Level Agreements.
• As our Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating on the design, build, and maintenance of reliable and scalable infrastructure and software systems. This will be accomplished by tracking error budgets against service level agreements in order to meet and maintain compliance. You will also be collaborating with our Infrastructure, Software Engineering and Security teams to identify and implement reliability and performance improvements across our systems.
