Description

• Lead, develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads into the sales funnel • Drive key strategies to grow a product led growth business across channels and defined market segments; understand, track, manage and incorporate high value levers to drive product trials • Develop and execute key marketing strategy for company product positioning – high level value propositions to feature-level product differentiation • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve and optimize future campaigns • Lead understanding of all Workyard products and capabilities, with the ability to identify and create opportunities for growth collaborating across the organization • Evangelize and showcase Workyard in the marketplace: develop industry narratives, playbooks, sales presentations and marketing assets to rocketboost sales

Requirements

• 6+ years proven track record of leading marketing and growth initiatives; setting strategic and operational metrics, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment • Growth/demand generation/product marketing B2B SaaS products in • Outstanding analytical mindset that develops strategies and provides direction based on data and insights • Compelling storyteller with strategic orientation • Thought leader and problem solver; translating high-level goals into actionable plans and driving an agenda focused on achieving clear goals • Excellent messaging and content generation core competency • Highly organized and strong project management skills; proven ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time • Innovative and proactive, always seeking new and effective ways to reach and engage target customers • Entrepreneurial roll-up-the-sleeves self-starter • BS/BA; MBA a plus
