• Our company, a leading provider in call center solutions, is embarking on a project to migrate, modernize, and deploy customer call centers using the Amazon Connect platform • Specialize in delivering top-tier customer service solutions and are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to enhance our capabilities
• Successful completion of Amazon Connect projects in the past • 2+ years of hands-on experience building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect • Proficiency in configuration and implementation of the Amazon Connect Platform • Expertise in Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing • Familiarity with automated testing and quality monitoring tools for Amazon Connect • Experience in other AWS services
