Description

• Identify and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing conversion of eligible Spring Health members to active engagement in care • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering, to design and refine product features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction • Conduct market analysis to identify and apply new techniques to reach and engage members across a wide range of populations • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives • Lead the “covered-life to member” product roadmap, prioritizing features based on their potential impact on growth and member experience • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product enhancements and growth initiatives • Model and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or health-related field • Proven track record of executing successful growth strategies • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience with A/B testing, user research, and iterative development • Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
