Description
• As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations of existing practices and supporting the growth and expansion of new facilities. • You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies to open new offices, build relationships with physician partners, and more. • You will oversee day-to-day operations of the practices and ensure meeting business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management • Proven track record of successfully opening new offices and driving growth • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Ability to analyze data and develop action plans based on findings • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
