Description

• Lead, inspire, and mentor our growing team of talented Patient Care Advocates and Operations Associates • Develop and oversee key operational processes, including patient onboarding, billing, matching, scheduling, support requests, and more • Manage workflows and vendors related to insurance eligibility and claims processing • Lead special projects related to key operations initiatives to drive KPIs • Create and manage dashboards that measure KPIs as well as identify and prioritize areas for improvement to meet company goals • Routinely audit existing processes and workflows as well as develop and implement improvements • Collaborate closely with Clinical and Product teams to drive best-in-class Patient and Clinician experience

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in business operations, with mastery in managing and developing complex processes • Minimum 2 years experience at a fast-growing startup, ideally at a healthcare services company • At least 2 years experience working in a heavy data analysis capacity using tools like excel and data visualization tools to create live performance dashboards, conduct scenario modeling, etc. • Experience managing and leading teams • Experience with managing insurance eligibility and claims processing is a plus • MBA from a top program is a plus • Investment banking or management consulting experience is a plus
