• Build, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms• Monitor, analyze and provide recommendations on campaigns that aligns with media metric goals• Measure the success of campaigns using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROI, ROAS & LTV• Analyze and interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of performance and adjust strategies as needed• Work closely with Account Management & Sales Teams to create holistic Campaign Strategies across acquisition, retention, and remarketing goals• Understand Paid Social Advertising and full marketing funnel• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients• Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals
• 2-4 years of digital media buying, with a focus on Paid Media and analytics• Previous experience in Marketing/Media Agency or Social Publisher or Social Marketing Partner• Strong understanding of Google and Meta analytics, including experience with Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Analytics; experience with additional Social Publishers welcome• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients• Understand Paid Social Advertising and full marketing funnel• Familiarity with attribution models and 3rd party attribution tools• Strong interpersonal skills and Client Management experience needed• Process driven, project management skills and cross functional teams experience a plus• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Experience managing paid media performance across B2C/D2C client accounts• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
