Description

• Maintain key documents, policies and procedures related to the Outsourcing Program • Analyze key outsourcing regulations to ensure compliance across all regions • Support the monitoring of outsourced functions by analyzing departmental KPIs and metrics • Assist with the risk assessment process for outsourced activities • Develop new processes and improving existing ones • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Experience in a compliance or regulatory related environment (2+ years) • Skilled at process improvement and problem solving • Effectively communicate with all levels of management and across different departments • Capable of analyzing documents as well as data
