• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the agency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective resource management. • Analyze and optimize operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. • Monitor and measure the performance of operational processes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. • Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive agency growth and success. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. • Checking up with the team and check what the current status is of everything • Checking up with the work, delegating the right tasks to the right people and help here and there where needed • Communicate properly between the owners and the team, you are the middleman so communication is key • Managing Twitter marketing team, managing Youtube marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
