• Conceptualize, research, and plan podcast episodes that appeal to our target audience and align with our brand objectives. • Write scripts and prepare episode outlines to ensure smooth production and delivery of high-quality content. • Record, edit, and produce podcast episodes using audio editing software and equipment. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcast episodes across various platforms and channels. • Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to continually improve the quality and relevance of our podcast content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcasting, content creation, or a related field. • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate listeners. • Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage podcast production schedules and deadlines effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
