Description

• Work directly with our Co-Founder, Nikhil Lakhanpal, to manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives across his domains, which include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR • Help prepare for and run key team and cross-functional meetings including Leadership meetings, Company All-Hands, Investors, Board Meetings and other ad-hoc strategy discussions • Help lead our annual strategic planning process • Collaborate with department leads to develop, track, and target company-wide success metrics across our leadership reviews  • Step in as needed to fill resource gaps across the company

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company or equivalent analytical and strategic role at top-tier organization. Product or Technical experience is desirable • Based in the NYC area • Excellence in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and high capacity to learn new technology tools (Slack, Github, Hubspot, etc.) • Demonstrated excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, i.e. "the ultimate project manager"
