• Perform high quality reviews of transaction monitoring alerts • Create new loss mitigation rules and identify fraud trends • Understand customer card usage and shape policies, processes, and tools • Collaborate with Disputes and Customer Support teams • Work directly with Risk Strategy, Product, and Engineering • Document current processes and drive enhancements for efficiency
• 4+ years of experience monitoring and mitigating card fraud in a high-paced, FinTech environment • Familiarity with MasterCard Fraud Center or similar fraud management tools such as Accertify, Falcon, etc. • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working under minimal supervision • Ability to modify SQL queries for deeper investigations • Passion for problem solving and process efficiency • Willingness to work flexible hours for business-critical situations
