Description

• Lead top beverage and family brands that activate in culture to brand owned moments • Be client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisor • Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion • See the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we do • Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming • Manage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business • Manage integrated marketing strategy including both internal stakeholders, client stakeholders and integrated agency teams • Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basis • Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind “ways in” for brands harnessing these trends

Requirements

• 9+ years of marketing experience; experience with alcohol and CPG brands preferred • Solid foundation in both public relations (inclusive of traditional media and digital) and general brand strategy • Experience working within an IAT; ideal candidate would have led/driven a full IAT • Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture • Ability to “roll with it” and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots • Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: public relations, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic) • Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels • Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations (this is required)
