• Provide, oversee, and inspect quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products • Ensure production processes meet quality standards • Investigate customer issues and complaints relating to quality • Prepare and submit reports to the Executive team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred • 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing • Strong know-how in ISO 9001
