Description
• Lead projects to successful completion from concept through installation • Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously • Work collaboratively with Creative Directors, Project Directors, Executive Account Directors, and other studio leadership • Daily management of a multidisciplinary project team, defining and managing successful completion of tasks and deliverables • Shape and draft project and phase scopes under supervision of studio leadership • Manage vendor and subcontractor scope and deliverables • Maintain project budgets through actuals tracking and reporting • Provide meticulous written documentation including note-taking, agenda development, and client status reports
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in experiential (digital + physical) project management • Able to travel as necessary (US & Global) • Must be able to work on-site in NYC Studio/Hybrid • Primary residence must be in NY/Tri-State or Washington DC area
