• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business objectives • Collaborate with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across various brands and locations • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections • Utilize a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique staffing requirements • Partner with internal stakeholders to create a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, making it attractive to top talent • Represent Legacy Service Partners at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote our organization as well as partner organization
• Industry experience in home services is a MUST • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Proven 3 years + experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
