Description

• Responsible for overseeing the successful integration of Kalepa’s Copilot SaaS solution with various external software systems, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and partners. • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within resource budget, and according to quality standards. • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and communicate project status and milestones. • Establish and maintain rigorous testing processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integrated systems. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, tools, and best practices and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management within the software industry; integration work is a plus. • Strong understanding of integration technologies and protocols, such as APIs, web services, RESTful interfaces, JSON, XML, etc. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from executives to analysts • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Advanced SQL knowledge is a plus. • Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. • You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer. The words “it can’t be done” don’t exist in your vocabulary. • You are data-driven, with a knack for combining quantitative and qualitative feedback and insights. • You love being the voice of the customer. You understand their problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them.
