Description

• Collaborate with team members to develop and manage tactical plans, convention and financial trackers providing guidance to team ensuring accuracy and timing of planned media • Attend partner meetings, maintain rapport, and provide clients with updated status reports weekly. • Conduct industry research using various media tools and develop RFPs with media partners • Continuously seek convention prospectus and media kits for new opportunities, current availabilities and deadlines while fostering strong media partner relationships • Ensure proper campaign implementation with external media partners, oversee creative/production timelines

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of media including print, digital and out of home • Ability to effectively multi-task multiple, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience with Media Ocean/Prisma media buying, Kantar planning tools and Kinesso ad serving a plus
