• Evaluate and strategically plan convention programs for multiple brands with a mix of print, digital and out of home tactics to deliver a strong client recommendation • Work closely with healthcare professional societies to purchase and execute brand promotion at contracted events • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience with Media Ocean/Prisma media buying, Kantar planning tools and Kinesso ad serving a plus
• 5+ years in media planning, buying and execution of print, digital and Out of Home • 1+ year as supervisor • Able to manage a team in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven problem solving ability
