Description

• Develop a strong understanding of business operations and support Transformation Manager and Director in new and ad hoc internal projects • Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business • Participate in cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements • Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements • Maintain up-to-date flowcharts and visuals for internal workflow • Ensure documentation around project objectives/requirements is properly maintained • Capture minutes in meetings with internal stakeholders and external project partners

Requirements

• 1+ years of business analytics experience • Knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc. • Strong data management and strategic thinking skills • Strong organization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment • Agency experience a plus • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus • Knowledge of Prisma and MBOX a plus • Experience in working with Asana a plus
