Description

• Hover is looking for a motivated individual who enjoys fast-paced environments to serve as an evangelist for our customers in the exterior home remodeling industry. • Your focus will be on helping our clients maximize their experience and use of our platform through engagement with leaders and individual contributors throughout the organization. • You will support our most strategic sales motions through pilot execution / implementation and new account onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related customer onboarding, account management, or customer success experience • Proven prioritization, planning, and team-centric collaboration • Compelling communication and presentation skills • Genuine curiosity in understanding your customers processes & pain points • Ability to build account enablement plans and help customers navigate change management • Ability to be flexible and adaptive • Creative problem-solving and taking a solutions-oriented approach to solving issues
