Description

• Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy and calendar for our key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube). • Day-to-day Management of social accounts, and cross-functional partnerships to produce high quality, engaging content combined with punchy copy that scales our following and increases engagement with the Goldbelly brand. • Be Creative: Manage social media shoots in collaboration with our creative and video team. You will need to be creative and scrappy, yet maintain content quality standards. • Collaborate: Work with our design team to capitalize on brand campaigns/moments to strategically position Goldbelly as an innovative, leading brand in the space. • Identify new ways to collaborate and tell engaging stories on social media, leveraging our merchant partners and chefs. • Coordinating on-location shoots with our restaurant partners to capture content. • Interact with followers and merchants, engage the Goldbelly community and facilitate conversations with customers and merchants on the feed and in DMs. • Provide guidance to our Customer Experience team, advise them on best practices for handling customer feedback and questions in comments and DMs. • Analyze performance: Provide the cross functional teams with insightful reports on social media performance, along with an action plan that will lead to positive progress. • Identify trends: Maintain deep knowledge of ongoing social trends and provide proactive recommendations on how to adapt strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing large scale social media accounts that are always on • Understanding of social media platforms and their metrics, with the ability to display how data can impact our businesses • Propose original, timely and innovative stories that can start a conversation on social • Drive for cultural awareness, a genuine interest in staying on top of the trends and topics that matter in the food & bev industry, and know when (and when not) to capitalize on cultural moments • Excellent organizational skills and attention detail • Maintain a high standard even under tight deadlines, while maintaining an authentically friendly, positive attitude • Clear, responsive communicator, verbally and in writing. You are comfortable communicating effectively with different parties and cross functional partners (customers on social, restaurant partners, influencers, internal teams, etc.) • An eye for identifying trends and what’s “cool right now”, especially within pop culture • A “social media expert” with a “no idea is too crazy” approach • You live, breathe and think about food…we mean it!
