Description

• Provide administrative support to CEO encompassing a variety of tasks • Complete personal tasks on a regular basis • Partner closely with CEO to keep them informed on upcoming commitments and responsibilities • Act as a gatekeeper for seamless communication between CEO and internal team and external partners • Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, & ground transportation • Identify gaps in tasks or processes and create solutions • Assist with special collaborative and independent projects • Run personal errands on an ad hoc basis • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team • Plan, implement, direct, and administer all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level leaders • Driver's license and own reliable transportation • Ability to manage concurrent tasks with a strong degree of accuracy • Ability to work with discretion and tact to handle confidential information • Strong typing skills; comfort using a spreadsheet and other reporting tools • Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, grammar, spelling with a high level of accuracy • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently, set goals, create and implement action plans, and make significant progress towards goals • Highly detail-oriented, able to connect the dots across multiple touchpoints (emails, meetings, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make clear and timely decisions • Ability to calmly manage interruptions and changing priorities; complete tasks with or without established procedures • Agile and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment • Team player with positive 'can-do' attitude
