Description

• Key player on the Growth team driving operational execution and alignment within Forge’s revenue organization • Reporting on business strategies and supporting day-to-day operations to improve revenue and operational efficiency • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals and Growth OKRs • Working with the leadership team on quarterly reporting and client segmentation • Developing internal and external presentations, communications, and reports on behalf of the CGO and Growth • Managing projects for the Growth leadership team and CRO, including international reporting with Forge EU team

Requirements

• 7 – 10 years of Experience in a Business Manager, or similar role supporting C-level executives • Undergraduate degree focused on Finance, Marketing, or related fields • Experience in financial services and knowledge of a regulatory environment • Strong project management and organizational skills • Analytical, data-driven problem-solving approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

• Annual salary range $175,000 - $220,000 + annual bonus • Salary variation based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, annual bonus, and other factors • COVID-19 vaccination policy with exceptions for medical contraindications and religious beliefs
