• Lead and develop a distributed team of network engineers • Implement effective communication strategies • Manage network connectivity and equipment • Enforce security policies and procedures • Support various audits and report on infrastructure performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred • 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing a team of IT professionals • 3+ years in network engineering/administration with expertise in both traditional IT networks and OT environments • Strong leadership and managerial skills
