Description

• Manage and administer company's equity plans • Determine revenue recognition procedures in accordance with ASC 606 • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue calculations • Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to equity compensation • Stay current on regulatory changes and market trends • Optimize processes and workflows related to stock administration and revenue recognition

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in stock administration or related field • Demonstrated experience in Revenue Recognition treatment under ASC-606 • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
