Description

• Collaborate with our team to understand our target audience, business goals, and value proposition • Develop creative and engaging email copy that effectively communicates our message and drives action • Segment and personalize email campaigns based on lead behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage • Optimize email subject lines, preview text, and call-to-actions to improve open and click-through rates • Monitor email performance and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly emails

Requirements

• Proven experience in writing engaging email copy, preferably in lead nurturing or email marketing • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer psychology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to tailor messaging based on target audience and campaign objectives • Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive improvements in email performance • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Creative mindset and ability to generate original ideas
